This is my tried-and-true, never-make-you-crash morning pick me up.
16-24 ounces green tea (I like to use Trader Joe’s green tea as it already has a little orange essence)
1-1 1/2 servings Power Drive (Power Drive is a neuro-transmitter support supplement. Long story short, it helps you focus)
