| I just want to thank you for all that you have done over the years to maintain my physical and mental health. As a 50+ aged female, it is difficult to find a trainer who will take me seriously and also challenge me to increase my strength and endurance. In particular, I have totally enjoyed the outdoor fitness camp. It has taken me from junior high PE drop-out to one who looks forward to exercising outdoors and pushing my abilities to the limit.
